Unbelievable customer service, comfortable and clean room, well-equipped, free WiFi, beautiful castle grounds.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The setting was beautiful, with lovely gardens to explore during the day. The rooms were comfortable, well-furnished, and had a large, clean bathroom. The hotel provided plenty of parking, and the location offered stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.

I got great value for my money at Best Western Walworth Castle Hotel. The room in the main building had an old charm and the staff was attentive and helpful. The restaurant staff took great care of me as a coeliac, which was refreshing.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel had a beautiful setting and the gardens were lovely to walk around. the staff at reception were friendly and efficient, and the rooms were comfortable and well-furnished. the bathroom was clean and spacious. One of the highlights was the plentiful and well-cooked food in the restaurant. the portion sizes were huge, so you definitely won't leave hungry. the location was also great as it was only a short trip to the city center.

One downside was that the welcome tray in the room was poor and there were no bottles of water or dressing gown provided, which I believe should be included in the price. Another thing to note is that in the West wing, if you are upstairs and at the gatehouse end, it's quite a trek from the main building.

Breakfast is delicious and they kindly prepared a sandwich for me upon arrival. The room is spacious with a huge, comfy bed. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has ample parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's even a nice nature walk on site.

The adjacent nature walk and Walworth Castle Birds of Prey Centre were unexpected bonuses that enhanced our stay. The dinner at the Farmers Restaurant was exceptional, with high-quality, locally produced food. We also enjoyed a superb Sunday lunch in a luxurious restaurant. we had a pleasant and fulfilling weekend, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
