We stayed at Best Western for a weekend wedding and had a great experience. The staff, especially Andrea, were welcoming and helpful. They arranged a taxi for our early Sunday departure. Our room in the annex was spacious and quiet. The Wesley Arms provided delicious meals and there was plenty of tea and coffee available. The hotel bar was also enjoyable, with friendly staff. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As party people, we loved the lively atmosphere and friendly staff at the hotel. The bar was buzzing with locals, and there was even Indian food available at a reasonable price. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the design and color scheme were relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of English and Continental options, as well as cereals, fruit, juices, and muffins. The bus stop right outside the hotel made it convenient to explore Solihull and Birmingham.

We felt really welcomed during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view from the window. the location of the hotel was great, with several attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and parking, which was a convenient bonus.

The cooked items were not very hot and tasted bland. the breakfast room was also quite crowded and noisy, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal.

This hotel may not be the newest or most luxurious, but it certainly offers great value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I particularly appreciated the small touches, like having butter available and cups and saucers which arrived promptly after we asked. The staff made us feel like we were staying in a cozy bed and breakfast, always friendly and accommodating. The basic amenities were all there, and the location just outside the city center on the Outer Circle Bus Route was very convenient.

I recently had a pleasant stay in a suburban hotel with my vegetarian friend. The location was convenient for attending events at Route 44 just down the road. We stayed in a comfortable room and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast in the conservatory was enjoyable, with a variety of options including delicious vegetarian dishes. The hotel also had ample parking spaces and a large car park.

The hotel should improve the cleanliness in certain areas, as there were cobwebs in one of the rooms.

He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. the staff, including Kathy the waitress, were all fantastic and made a hard day easier. the hotel's free car parking, convenient location, cleanliness, and facilities were also very good. I highly recommend staying here.
