The breakfast buffet had a great variety of hot and cold options, which made for a delicious start to the day.

Unfortunately, the heating system in my room was inadequate, leaving me feeling quite chilly at night due to a constant draft.

Breakfast lacked warmth, and bar staff were rude.

Staying at Delta Hotels By Marriott Bexleyheath was a treat! The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and the lovely spa made my wedding weekend unforgettable. Breakfast offered a great variety, too.

However, the internet in the rooms had issues, making streaming difficult. Additionally, the restaurant service was a bit slow for dinner, but it didn’t dampen the spirits overall.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The large bed provided a supremely comfortable sleep, making the stay pleasant despite some challenges.

Maintenance issues were concerning! Our room had faulty heating, and an AC problem persisted, impacting comfort throughout the night.

i barely had toilet paper, which was, honestly, a luxury compared to my filthy coffee mugs. how hard is it to check cleanliness? i expected a lovely welcome gift after these unfortunate circumstances, but clearly, my requests fell on deaf ears. the absence of a swimming pool is just the cherry on top of this disappointing cake, frankly.

Comfortable room, convenient location, featuring a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities, which made relaxing after a day of exploring Greenwich very enjoyable.

Consider making use of the spa facilities early in the morning for a quieter experience, as they tend to get busier later in the day.

We enjoyed our stay here with our two teens, exploring nearby parks and even visiting Diggerland, where driving diggers was a massive hit! The facilities, especially the pool and spa, were excellent. Breakfast every morning was truly filling and delicious.

My kids wished there were more entertainment options for teens.

Had a lovely two-night stay in a spacious room with a great en-suite, even though we kept the curtains closed since we were on the ground floor. Enjoyed some downtime at the relaxing sauna and indoor pool, which really helped us unwind. The only hiccup was the room service took a bit longer than expected, but overall, it was a nice experience! 😊
