Just returned from a fantastic stay at The Cloisters. The apartment was well kept, spacious, and impeccably clean. Secure parking on site was a bonus. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The location was perfect, with local shops, pubs, and restaurants just a short walk away. Alan and Chris, the hosts, provided outstanding customer service and were always available to assist us. Their knowledge of the city enhanced our experience greatly. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at the Cloisters by Big Fish Homes! the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped for a self-catering stay. the attention to detail was impressive, with a welcome bottle of fresh milk and umbrellas provided. the service from the host was top-notch, with clear communication before the trip and lots of helpful information about things to do in Belfast. the host was welcoming, friendly, and always available for any questions I had. it was a great experience.
