Great Location and Welcoming Hosts

The guest house is conveniently located near the beach, local shops, and the train station, making it easy to explore the area. the hosts were very welcoming and provided us with helpful local information. improvements could be made in the comfort of the beds and bathroom amenities.

The dining scene near Binton Guest House in Filey is a true feast for the senses, mate! Imagine sinking your teeth into scrumptious treats at the Filey Deli and savoring Italian delights at San Marco Ristorante nearby.

Now, about that bed, let's just say it could use a bit of fluffing. While brekkie wasn't on the house as promised, the lack of offering didn't dampen the Filey vibes.

the location is brilliant, just round the corner from shopping and close to a sea view. Rooms were very comfortable, with a good en-suite bathroom. Fresh milk in flask was a lovely touch. Only drawback - no pets allowed. Can't wait to come back! 🏖️

During Christmas, we had a fantastic stay in a guest house which was beautifully decorated and kept clean. The hosts were extremely polite and welcoming, and they offered useful recommendations about the local area. The breakfast was made to perfection and we were given plenty of options to choose from. The location of the guest house was perfect, just a short walk away from the seafront and local shops. The highlight of our stay was the spacious and comfortable en suite room which provided an overall great experience.

There were a few minor issues that we encountered during our stay. Firstly, the water flow was poor within the shower which could have been stronger. Secondly, the space to store clothing was far too small, meaning we had to be inventive with where we could put our items. despite these two concerns, our stay at the guest house was still an enjoyable experience.
