The owners were friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information for a great stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The location was perfect for exploring Fort William, Glencoe valley, Ben Nevis, and more. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this B&B.

The location of the B&B was perfect for us as we were visiting Fort William and Ben Nevis. We also enjoyed spending time in the peaceful back garden, and the nearby waterfall was a great place to explore. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend Birchbank to others.

Our experience at Birchbank Bed & Breakfast was absolutely delightful. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and check-in was quick and professional. Communication with the hosts throughout our stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with all the amenities we needed including a TV, private bathroom, and WiFi. We also enjoyed the easy parking and clean and comfortable room with nice decor. the breakfast was amazing and delicious, with various options to choose from. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from Fort William and other attractions.

There was limited food options in the nearby village, which was a bit disappointing. We had to drive to find better dining options.

That the shower cubicle in the en-suite was a bit small, making it uncomfortable for larger individuals. Additionally, there were occasional creaking noises from the upstairs floor.
