The flat was very tidy and clean. The checking in was very convenient as it was all automated using codes. All linings and toiletries were provided. The flat was equipped with hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and milk.

Our stay at Birtin Works Apartments - Brand New - City Centre was a mixed experience. We found the check-in process to be easy and convenient with the door code system. The apartment itself was cleaned to a good standard, which was definitely a plus. The location was also great, with a bus stop nearby and plenty of amenities within reach. There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the apartment had a strong cigarette smoke odor despite the no smoking stickers.

The property was gorgeous and clean. Modern layout with decent sized rooms! Plenty of facilities for us and the staff were lovely and helpful with fast responses. Close to shops and tramline and not too far away from the city centre. We enjoyed the convenient location and the ease of accessing nearby shops and transportation.
