I recently stayed at a villa in Bowness and had a great time. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the high street and close to beautiful walks. The villa itself was very spacious and had two toilets, which was convenient for our large group. The fully equipped kitchen and utility room were also a bonus.

Despite these drawbacks, the villa appeared clean overall, although we did notice some dust bunnies and bits under the bed. The wooden floors could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the stairs had some old faint boot marks that could have been wiped down.

The Best aspects of our stay were the location and the warmth of the property. It was conveniently situated on the edge of town, just a short walk away from the amenities. The area was nice and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the property was well-heated, ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our stay.

The Worst aspects of our stay included some issues with the hot water. We would often receive a small amount before it turned cold, leading to cold baths and showers.
