Lovely breakfast on patio, great spa facilities, friendly hosts, beautiful location, comfortable bed.

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay special, with birthday decorations and thoughtful touches. The room was beautifully decorated, with a light and airy bathroom. The mini patio garden with swing chairs was a lovely spot to relax. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were peaceful and the garden was magical. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

black barn spa swim & stay was a fantastic change from our usual spot in great yarmouth. everything was top-notch, from the beautiful atmosphere to the helpful staff. the garden, hot tub/pool, and afternoon tea were all highlights that made our stay extra special.

parking was difficult

We had a perfect little getaway at Black Barn. The hotel was very clean and homely, with a lovely pool and hot tub. Marie was a great help, and the birthday decorations were a special touch. The fully equipped room, fresh bread and treats, and beautiful views made our stay even better. We can't wait to visit again and see the new swimming pool. brilliant value for money.

Our stay at Black Barn was fantastic! The value for money was great, and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to the pier but still discreet. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and made us feel right at home.

The breakfast selection could have been better, just a small improvement needed in that area.

Poppy the dog was adorable and added a lovely touch to my experience. The treatments were incredibly relaxing, making me feel completely at ease. it was a 5-star stay and I can't wait to come back.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and we really appreciated the added touch of having Alexa devices. The hot tub and pool area were simply amazing, and we had a comfortable sleep and shower. Nice and discreet location, close to the pier. Lovely decor with nice touches and fresh bread, carrot cake, and rose petals provided. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, highlight! Breakfast served in the morning was lush.
