We had an absolutely amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place was simply breathtaking with unreal views and impeccably maintained gardens. The rooms were beautifully decorated and provided enhanced comfort. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and their attention to detail made our experience exceptional. The food on the menu was well thought out and our dinner was lovely. We also enjoyed the hot and delicious breakfast. The service provided by the team was beyond amazing, and their politeness and friendliness made us feel right at home. everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

our recent stay at black horse beamish was outstanding. the room and views were impeccable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delightful, and we are already planning to return in the future.

The bath and shower were amazing, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. The bed was unreal, offering great comfort after a long day. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the food was out of this world, with delicious options that satisfied our taste buds.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing as it did not live up to the advertised choices. The lack of fresh fruit juice was a letdown, and the limited options for breakfast were not worth the price.

our stay at this lovely location in stanley was simply wonderful. the family-friendly atmosphere and accessible rooms exceeded our expectations. the clean and well-equipped room, along with the excellent shower and wifi, made for a comfortable stay. the attentive staff and delicious full english breakfast were the cherry on top.

The location offered beautiful views and the rooms were spacious. the breakfast and dinner portions were large and of great quality. the accessible room was very spacious and had a fabulous bathroom separated by bifold doors.

The soundproofing in some rooms was poor, which meant we could hear the occupants of neighboring rooms and had disturbed sleep. some areas of the hotel were slippery, which made it uncomfortable to navigate, especially during bad weather.

The room at Black Horse Beamish was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The high-quality robes and towels provided added a luxurious touch to our stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is set in a lovely location, surrounded by stunning scenery. I highly recommend this hotel.

While the room was comfortable, the thin walls made it easy to hear noises from neighboring accommodations, which did disturb our sleep. Additionally, the lack of a bathroom door meant there was no privacy when using the toilet.
