This hotel offers excellent value for money with affordable prices. The staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. The rooms, especially those with the garden view, are well-equipped and comfortable. Furthermore, the location is convenient as it is close to the town centre.

Great location with lovely walks nearby and easy to find. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast option. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs and always available to guide me. Plus, the hotel was surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.

During the check-in process, I found it confusing as there was nobody available to assist me, and I had to attend to other customers outside in the cold. the facilities were dated and needed maintenance.

I had a wonderful stay at Black Horse in Canterbury. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and all the attractions. The room I stayed in was nice and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast served was delicious and served quickly. Despite a few minor issues like a stiff door and a few marks around the room, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
