The junctions leading to the hotel can be confusing due to ongoing construction.

I recently stayed at Black Horse Inn; BW Signature Collection for a romantic getaway. The rooms were beautiful and had a unique feature - a bath in the bedroom! The staff at reception, bar, and restaurant were all friendly and helpful. The food was top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the Steak and Wine night. The room was well-appointed with a fridge and even a curlywurly for a late night snack. an excellent stay with plenty of little touches to make it special.

The pub and rooms were delightful, with a homely atmosphere and lots of character. The staff were very welcoming, efficient, and always had smiles on their faces. The location was excellent, with easy access to the coast, Yorkshire Dales, and historic towns. The food at the restaurant was excellent, wonderfully presented, and top quality. The rooms were stylish, clean, and provided a comfortable night's sleep. There was a good selection of drinks at the pub and outdoor seating available.

Our room at the Black Horse Inn was beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The attention to detail, such as the bathrobes and fresh milk, made our stay extra special. The made-to-order breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed the dinner at the inn. Despite the chilly bathroom, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, easy to find. Nice decor and comfortable beds, with a good shower. the breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice.

Service was slow and the staff wasn't particularly friendly. the walls are thin, and the noise from the bar and other rooms was really disruptive, making it hard to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely inn, part of the Signature Collection. the room was very comfortable, with the staff quickly offering to change the bed to a twin when they realized it was me and my daughter sharing. the friendly staff and the amazing food made our experience even more enjoyable. the inn had a cozy bar area with a log fire and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

our recent stay in kirkby fleetham was lovely, but this carnival the signature collection really surpassed our expectations. the staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely fantastic. we can't wait to go back and try more from their amazing menu.

The hotel offered free WiFi and had a mini fridge in the room, which was convenient. the location was great, close to local attractions and easy to find. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable.

Some areas of the room were not properly cleaned, such as the mugs and the tissue box being empty. the bathroom had some issues, including a lack of space for toiletries and a faulty hot tap.
