What a great value for money! The room was cozy and comfortable, with a really comfy bed. The location was perfect, close to the train station, and the staff treated us incredibly well.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

the local pubs were brilliant, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. the staff was extremely helpful, kind, and polite. We were provided with two keys, which was perfect for our family to split up when we wanted to. the small kitchen facilities were very handy, and we had the freedom to come and go as we pleased. We even arrived early and were welcomed to have our room on arrival, which was lovely.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated on a public footpath just a short walk from the central pier. The surrounding area is lovely and provides plenty of options for dining and entertainment. there is a stairway outside the room that leads up to a boarded off loft area, which adds a unique touch to the ambiance.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The entrance reeked of urine and the stairs had a strong odor of body odor and mold.

Overall a top man, highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the area. Last-minute escape that didn't cost much, great value for money. Close to Blackpool North railway station, pier, and town. Free parking available. Friendly host who welcomed us. Decent-sized TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

Plenty of space in the apartment with good facilities - 2 kettles, toaster, microwave, and fridge. Great location for Winter Gardens, just a 10-minute walk. Double beds were comfy and the apartment had its own front door key for convenience. The shared bathroom was always kept clean and there was a friendly and helpful staff. a well-recommended place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the rooms were clean and spacious, and we got great value for our money. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the center and close to Blackpool North railway station. We also appreciated the free parking and the friendly host who greeted us upon arrival. the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we had all the tea and coffee making facilities we needed. it was the best place we've stayed at in Blackpool in years, and we're already planning to come back next year.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel close to the train station. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities such as free wifi and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier and store our bags after we checked out. Despite the lack of staff, the location of the hotel is truly convenient. Situated on the public footpath outside, it allows for a quick and easy walk to the central pier and other attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the shared bathroom was always tidy. The tradesmen who handed over the keys were friendly and accommodating. it was a pleasant stay in a lovely area.

my recent stay in blackpool was exceptional. the room was clean and comfortable with a kettle and big telly. the on-suite shower room was nice and the location was perfect. the landlord was friendly and made my stay enjoyable.
