We stayed here in a calm and beautiful quiet area with good transport links. Our room had excellent facilities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite television. We were impressed with the 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, and leisure facilities such as the fitness centre and swimming pool. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast which was served in the dining restaurant.

We had an issue with a Romanian receptionist who was not happy and spoke to us rudely. Despite requesting to speak to a manager, we were not contacted for both days of our stay.

Perfect location for Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park, very close to two stations. We were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to the Honeymoon suite after a 40-minute wait for our Superior Double room. The room was exquisite and included a balcony. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great, close to multiple metro stations and Hyde Park. However, as a tradeoff, the railway was also nearby, causing some noise until midnight. The staff were mostly outstanding, and the restaurant food was delicious. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a good shower.

As young people, we loved the beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby and the friendly staff. The cocktail bar was amazing, with a super host named Deborah who made the best 'old fashioned' cocktail we've ever had. The club double room was comfortable and had a mini fridge for our convenience. The bathroom was nice with a shower over a bath, and the bedding and towels were changed daily. The location was great, close to bus and underground stations, perfect for exploring London.

Spent Xmas at a hotel and the experience was amazing! the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially during the festive season. Loved the fact that on Xmas day and Boxing day they provided complementary festive drinks and sweet treats for their guests. the location was unbeatable, walking distance to all the main attractions and shopping areas. We also enjoyed the complementary guided tour of the local area provided by the hotel.

the room was quite small, with little to no space to move around, especially if you have a lot of luggage.
