We had a fantastic stay at this great little room. the location was perfect, with easy access to the lanes, shopping area, and a variety of beautiful restaurants and bars. the room had a cool vibe, with exposed brickwork and beautiful oak panelling. the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. the room was also clean and well-maintained. we had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. We would definitely stay at Blok-74 again.

blok-74 was a delightful surprise during my relaxing spa getaway in brighton. the spacious and beautifully decorated room, equipped with a fridge and microwave, was a pleasant upgrade from my previous stay. the location near the seafront and abundance of restaurants and bars made it even more enjoyable.

We had an absolutely excellent stay here. The location was fantastic, right next to the seafront and close to everything. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a modern and colorful decor throughout. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the provided amenities, such as the streaming services, table, fridge, microwave, fan. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the check-in process nice and easy.

The room layout was well thought out, with a good shower and convenient amenities like a coffee machine and fridge. The ironing board under the bed was a clever addition. Despite a broken dimmer switch, I found a creative solution and the room was comfortable.

Great location, right by the beach and close to main attractions. Comfortable and spacious rooms with good aesthetic. Appreciated the Nespresso machine and complimentary Lotus biscuits. Effective communication from the host and prompt resolution of issues.

Some maintenance issues like peeling paint and missing TV remote. Noise from nearby club on certain nights.

Mini fridge, microwave, fan, and hairdryer provided. Exposed brick, oak panelling, and modern bathroom added cool vibe. Well-maintained room with fully opening windows and cozy warmth.

The location is superb, right opposite a popular night club. However, this also means it can get quite noisy at night. On the bright side, it's just a stone's throw away from the beach, which is perfect for a seaside getaway. The room itself is small but well-decorated, with a comfy bed and a powerful shower. The hotel also offers a good coffee machine and even access to Netflix on the TV.

The common areas of the hotel could use some repairs.
