The bed and furnishings were very comfortable, and the bathroom, though small, was nice. The staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The meals were fantastic, with the dinner menu changing daily and the breakfast buffet offering a nice selection. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area with its stunning views and walking paths. we highly recommend this inn for a peaceful and friendly getaway.

Our recent stay at the Blue Ball Inn was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We loved the well-equipped shower room and the comfortable bed. The complimentary tea and coffee in the room were a nice touch. The location of the pub was superb, with numerous beautiful walks right at our doorstep. We especially enjoyed exploring the nearby SW coastal path. The pub's food was also top-notch, with a wide selection of delicious options. The service during breakfast was excellent, and we were pleased to see that dogs were welcome at meal times. our experience at the Blue Ball Inn was truly memorable, and we can't wait to come back for another visit.

Enjoyed a great stay at a dog-friendly hotel with amazing food and excellent service. the room was very comfortable and had a big bathroom. the hotel staff were cheerful and always went out of their way to help guests, including providing sausages for furry companions and packing lunches for walkers. the location was perfect for walking, with beautiful views of the area.

Some dog owners need to be more considerate of guests and not let their pets lay in walkways, making it difficult to move around. the menu could have had more vegetarian options without gluten, although the food was generally excellent.

The Blue Ball Inn in Lynmouth was an outstanding choice for a weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel nestled on the hills above Lynmouth. The location provides a stunning view and serves as a great starting point for exploring the surrounding moorland and countryside. The rooms, equipped with very comfy beds, are spotlessly clean with attention to detail that ensures a comfortable stay. The breakfast, with locally sourced foods including salmon and hot toast, is simply delicious! The staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with any queries. this hotel offers excellent value for money and I can't wait to return for another relaxing stay.

The pub also offers a selection of local ales to sample.

Despite a minor inconvenience with the bathroom, where we had a bath with a mixer valve shower head instead of a proper shower, everything else about our stay was fantastic. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit.
