I recently stayed at Oyo The Hotel Rafiya for one night during a business trip. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, with easy access to the M42 and surrounding areas. The staff at the main building were exceptional, providing excellent service and being extremely helpful. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a varied selection and starting early enough for me to enjoy before my early morning commitments. The larger bed in my room was a pleasant surprise, and the essentials like tea/coffee making facilities were a nice touch. The towels were clean and the shower had great water pressure, making for a refreshing start to the day.

I stayed at a budget hotel in Redditch called Oyo The Hotel Rafiya for 3 days and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were clean, and the value for money was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee, and even quality hot chocolate facilities in the room, along with free Wi-Fi. The location was convenient and the hospitality of the staff made me feel welcomed. I'll definitely be back!

The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We recently stayed at a budget hotel in Redditch and had a great experience. the room was clean, spacious, and warm, with a comfortable bed. the breakfast provided was excellent, with fresh cooked-to-order options, as well as plenty of tea, coffee, cereal. the hotel staff, including the receptionist, were helpful and accommodating. the convenience of free parking right outside our room made it easy for us to access our vehicle.

It was perfect!

The location was convenient and easy to find, situated in a green leafy area close to the town centre. The hotel had its own private car park with grassy areas to exercise our dogs, and there was even a bin nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and well decorated, providing all we needed including a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water.

Hard to think of anything. The communication could have been improved as the advertised restaurant was unexpectedly closed and there were no apologies or recommendations given.

As a base for visiting the Adventure Bike Rider festival, Oyo The Hotel Rafiya was perfectly located just outside the town centre. The value for money, including breakfast, was fantastic. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The rooms, like little chalets off the car park, offered plenty of space and the staff were super friendly. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy, even though there was a bit of confusion about it. an excellent hotel for a short stay.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and included a lovely continental breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying the local scenery. One great advantage was the polite and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Though the rooms were generally clean, the beds were quite hard which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. the rooms were a bit small and could have used some additional storage space.

As foreign tourists, we found the hotel conveniently located near the M42 and just a 3-minute drive from the washford industrial estate. The nearby client meetings made it incredibly convenient for us. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean with firm beds. Great value for money!

The bathroom was in good condition and we had a nice view from our window. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.
