Stunning historic property, welcoming hosts, delicious breakfast, spacious room & bathroom, beautiful gardens.

the rooms were not only clean but also stylish and comfortable, making you feel truly at home. the breakfast served was a feast, with top-quality produce and a variety of hot and cold options to indulge in. A special touch was the homemade cakes and fresh flowers from the fantastic garden we were shown around in. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect spots to unwind and enjoy a drink under the stars, adding an extra charm to the stay.

Although our overall experience was fantastic, there was one minor downside that could use a bit of improvement. the nearby pub, while offering a decent selection, might not be the best choice for dining out on consecutive nights.

In the picturesque countryside, this B&B offers a perfect location for exploring the local area. Just across the road, a charming pub serves delicious food. The hosts are warm and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay. The spacious rooms provide a peaceful retreat, with exquisite bathrooms and heavenly beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast is a delightful experience, with a wide selection and great quality. The view from the house is breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the stay.

One minor drawback could be having a double bed instead of a king size bed.

We got great value for our money at Boreham House, with a fabulous room and wonderful view. The location was perfect and the staff treated us like royalty.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with welcoming hosts. the smallest room was still spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom featuring an excellent shower. Despite being on a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I enjoyed a relaxing drink in the garden from the honesty bar and the breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold choices. the owners, Sara and Simon, were lovely and made me feel very welcome. They clearly take pride in their home and provide top-notch service. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Sarah and Simon, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and advice on local attractions. Despite being located next to a busy road, the double glazing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. the on-site parking was convenient and the cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed some excellent meals at the Bull's Head nearby. I can't thank Sarah and Simon enough for their warm hospitality and would definitely return in the future.

The breakfast spread was delicious and offered plenty of choices. The house and grounds were filled with rich period details and fascinating history, as Simon kindly gave us a tour. Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated to match the period style. The bathroom was huge, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic shower and bath. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas.
