I had a fantastic stay at a farm in the countryside. The hotel facilities were excellent - a massive bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries, a huge and comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom, and a separate living room and dining room. The hosts were very friendly and always had time for a quick chat, making me feel at home. The location was peaceful and serene, allowing for the best sleep I've had in years. The breakfast provided was absolutely fabulous, and the staff were highly recommended for their kindness and interesting stories about the farm and animals.

Can't fault anything about it.

I was so entertained by wandering around the farm's vast pastures, trying to count all 550 sheep and sheepdogs. And the fishing on the River Cairn was just delightful, until my line got tangled with a sheep's wool. Free entertainment, I guess.

Can you believe there was free WiFi at Boreland Farm? How am I supposed to disconnect and enjoy the countryside without the temptation of scrolling through social media?

I recently stayed at Boreland Farm for a few days and it was absolutely wonderful. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, answering all my questions and even letting me pet the orphan lambs. The location of the farm is stunning, with vast hilly terrain to explore. The room I stayed in was warm and incredibly quiet, the quietest room I've ever experienced. The breakfast in the cozy kitchen was delicious, with a home county feel. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

For the price we paid, our stay at Boreland Farm was an excellent value. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, great views, and all the amenities we needed. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

In terms of breakfast selection, it would have been even better if there were more options to choose from.

Spent 2 days exploring the endless fields, pretending to be a shepherd with the sheep. Went fishing every 5 minutes in the nearby river. Loved chatting with all the farm animals. Closest airport is in the middle of nowhere. Had free WiFi to document my adventures and park my fancy car.

Oh, I had such a terrible time getting lost on the unmarked lanes. But hey, nobody ever gets lost here, right?

Lovely location with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. the hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. Plus, there were lots of adorable animals like sheep, dogs, chickens, and ducks to see on the farm. the beds were comfortable and the cottage was warm and cozy. the kitchen, although small, was well thought through.

The access road to the property was a bit tricky with potholes and not well-maintained. However, the hosts have no control over this.

We had the most amazing time at a beautiful countryside farm. the owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our kids had a great time exploring the farm and meeting all the animals, and our dog loved going on walks in the surrounding land. the family room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to go back on our next school break!
