I had a truly fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, nestled close to the sea and just a stone's throw away from all the beautiful attractions in the northern area. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. The service was impeccable, with prompt and efficient assistance from the housekeeping and dry cleaning team. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities and a cozy heating system. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the complimentary tea and coffee facilities and the quality toiletries provided. The flat-screen TV and comfortable beds made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The dining experience was exquisite, with a delicious selection of dishes served in the restaurant. The bar/lounge area offered a great atmosphere to unwind and enjoy a drink. The packed lunches were convenient for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

I had a lovely stay at this property. the House had a high quality feel with superb furnishings, creating a comfortable atmosphere. the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent and well presented. the 2-bed chalet was perfect for an extended stay and the location was nice. the staff were also willing to cook any fish or game you catch, which was a great added bonus. I had a great experience and would have happily spent a week here.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to excellent beaches like the Butt of Lewis and Port of Ness. It is also convenient for visiting attractions such as the Blackhouse at Arnol and the Standing Stones. The staff is friendly and the room is a good size. The hotel is near Carloway and is close to all the northern attractions.

The food at the hotel was average and the breakfast buffet had a poor selection.

Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. the hotel offered great views of the countryside, and the cozy atmosphere was perfect for spending time with family. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We particularly liked the variety of activities offered, including hiking trails and an indoor pool. the traditional Christmas dinner with all the fixings was also a highlight.

There were a couple of aspects that didn't quite meet our expectations. the room we were assigned was a bit small for our family, and the lack of storage space made it difficult to keep our belongings organized.

The staff were extremely helpful and great at their job, ensuring our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The bar meal was also excellent, and the car park was convenient. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to popular tourist attractions like the Calanish stones and the Butt of Lewis.
