Excellent staff, location, food, and accommodation. Sister-in-law recommends it over other hotels. Spacious rooms with great TV. Delicious bar meal. Car park available. Super comfy beds. Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a lovely stay at this property. the House had a high quality feel with superb furnishings, creating a comfortable atmosphere. the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent and well presented. the 2-bed chalet was perfect for an extended stay and the location was nice. the staff were also willing to cook any fish or game you catch, which was a great added bonus. I had a great experience and would have happily spent a week here.

All was perfect.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to excellent beaches like the Butt of Lewis and Port of Ness. It is also convenient for visiting attractions such as the Blackhouse at Arnol and the Standing Stones. The staff is friendly and the room is a good size. The hotel is near Carloway and is close to all the northern attractions.

The food at the hotel was average and the breakfast buffet had a poor selection.

We had a wonderful stay at a very enjoyable hotel, nestled in the beautiful countryside. The chalet accommodation was spotless and nicely furnished, providing all the amenities we needed. The food was delicious and well-presented, with plenty of choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We found great value for our money at this modern hotel. The room was beautifully furnished and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for exploring the island.

If I had to suggest one improvement, I would say that the breakfast choices could have been more varied.
