I had an amazing Easter weekend getaway in this hidden gem! the property was exceptional with beautiful grounds and lovely furnishings. the hosts, Donna and Steve, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They provided excellent advice on local attractions, and breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the river was a real treat.

The best access to the property is through a road in Totnes via Asprington, but it can be easy to get lost if following the Sat Nav. It took me longer than expected to find the right route.

the property is beautifully furnished, with a serene garden by a gentle stream. Our room was immaculate, service top-notch, and breakfast delicious. They made us feel like cherished guests, sharing local insights and creating a warm atmosphere. It was a memorable experience that we highly recommend.

Donna & Steve were accommodating and the location by the babbling brook was charming. the interior exudes character, and the full English breakfast was top-notch. the property is beautifully furnished, and the garden with a stream is exquisite. Ample onsite parking is a bonus. a delightful experience.

The holiday was amazing! the accommodation was located in a peaceful and scenic setting, which was something I really appreciated. the breakfast offered was truly delicious, and the hosts were incredibly warm and friendly. the property was very close to a great pub and many local attractions, which made exploring the area very easy.

There are no negative aspects to mention about my stay during the Christmas holidays. Everything was perfect and I enjoyed every moment of my time there.
