The room I stayed in was spacious and had been recently decorated to a high standard. It was so cozy and had all the amenities I needed, including a kettle for tea and coffee. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed by the modern decor throughout. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the town center and the beautiful lake at Bowness-on-Windermere. This made it convenient for exploring the surrounding towns as well.

Loved everything about this place. the hosts were the nicest people we have met! So helpful with everything especially what we needed for my niece. Perfect location right round the corner from the high street and less than a 10 minute walk to the lake. the rooms were so clean and really spacious. Already planning a trip here for our mum and dad. Would deffo be returning. Thank you so much for making our trip.

Somewhat officious feel about the place with various warning notices etc. the night was quite disturbed by noisy neighbours.

During my recent stay at a charming guesthouse in the heart of Bowness, I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized touch of receiving a text message before my arrival, ensuring that my room was ready. The room itself was beautifully presented, with modern furnishings that added to the cozy and comfortable ambiance. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations for local dining and entertainment options. They even went above and beyond by finding champagne glasses for us to enjoy a celebratory Prosecco. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main high street.

While there were very few drawbacks to my stay, I would have appreciated a slightly later check-out time. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a few hooks in the bathroom to hang damp towels.

Our romantic escape was perfect! the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with plenty of recommendations. the location was key, with shops and pubs just round the corner. We loved the fresh water left outside our room every morning and the bay window with a comfortable sofa to relax on was a nice touch. the room was bright, clean, and spacious, recently decorated to perfection.

The shower temperature and pressure sometimes fluctuated, which we suspect was caused by other guests using their showers. the shower door didn’t fully close, but no water overflowed.

This hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from the town centre and the lakeside of Lake Windermere. Despite being surrounded by other properties, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering assistance with our luggage and providing us with a warm welcome. The rooms were immaculate, very clean and tidy, and had a modern feel to them. The bed was really comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the shower was spacious and modern. We also enjoyed the nice view from our window.

Parking was a bit of an issue as it was located up a hill.
