the cool looking pods at Bracken Hide offer stunning ocean views and a top-notch restaurant. the staff, especially karen, are extremely accommodating, even going above and beyond to ship a forgotten item to the US. the peaceful vibe, cozy accommodations, and excellent dining experience make it a worthwhile stay.

The setting of this hotel on the rolling hillside was truly picturesque, offering a serene and quiet escape. the staff here are incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure every guest feels welcome. the room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and an amazing view of the city lights at night. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the cute hut was nicely appointed. the restaurant served delicious food, and the stylish bar was perfect for evening cocktails. the sauna and cold plunge pool were a great addition to relax after a day of exploring.

To improve, the hotel could work on better lighting along the pathways leading to the rooms, especially at night. adding a few hooks to hang coats by the door in the pods would be handy.
