The hosts were top, notch, chatty and full of local advice. the garden area perfect for morning coffee. A bit of noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times, but it wasn't a deal, breaker. Nothing, their attention to detail was top, notch and cannot be faulted. 🌿.

Omg, 🤩 the view from our room patio was breathtaking! overlooking the serene garden was so peaceful. Great shower, plus ironing facilities were handy. Only downside - paid shuttle service. Will definitely return! 🌿🌺🏨.

I recently had a delightful stay at Brackness House Luxury B&B in Anstruther. My family and I stayed for two nights and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, Robert and Catriona. The room was spacious and the beds provided for our boys were very comfortable. The house has a perfect blend of modern updates and old-world charm. The bathroom, although not en-suite, was the most modern and well-equipped we encountered during our trip. The entire property was impeccably clean and the breakfast served in a warm family atmosphere was excellent. Additionally, the location was within walking distance to Anstruther, which was a bonus. We would have loved to stay longer!

We recently went on a romantic escape in a stunning location. The house was incredibly cozy and our room was absolutely superb with a beautiful garden view and a huge bathroom with a lovely shower. The hosts were fab and friendly, providing us with an anniversary card and chocolates. The breakfasts were top-notch, with plenty of choice and tailored to our individual tastes. The area was perfect for exploring, with nearby restaurants, shops, and a bus stop just a short walk away. We can't wait to go back next summer!

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant town center and the harbor, where you can enjoy a meal at the famous fish bar or dine at the top-notch restaurant. The garden room offers a sunny patio with a lovely view of the garden full of birds and flowers.

The lack of en-suite in some rooms might be inconvenient for guests who prefer more privacy or convenience.

The owner, Robert, provides attentive service and his Scottish Breakfast is delicious. The B&B offers a perfect blend of high-level accommodation and service at great value. The location is ideal for families with children.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. the host was very attentive and provided interesting chat. there were some connections with my relatives who had lived in the area.

It was a bit difficult to find the location at first and there was some annoyance with the opening and closing of the main door next to our room in the morning.
