The hotel is excellently located on the edge of Portrush, making it easy to explore the town and surrounding areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. The staff are friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered is varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day.

We had an amazing value for our money at this wee apartment. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, with a garage and chip shop right beside us, a big supermarket across the road, and only a short drive into town. The staff at Brae-Mar B&B were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and even great with our kids. We appreciated that they took the time to chat with us and make us feel at home. Plus, being able to have breakfast anytime we liked and the smart TV with YouTube were a hit with the kids. Definitely worth a visit!

The hospitality at Brae-Mar Bed & Breakfast was truly fantastic. The family who runs the place went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. They were friendly, welcoming, and provided us with insider tips on the best places to visit. Their genuine warmth and kindness made us feel right at home.

The location was handy as we were close to a large supermarket and some fish and chip shops. the staff member who served our breakfast was all very friendly and helpful, giving us some great tips for exploring the area. We enjoyed having a kitchen in our room to prepare some meals.

The room was not clean, and we had to ask for clean sheets. the bed was uncomfortable, and the wifi was not working correctly.

We had a wonderful stay at Brae-Mar B&B. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the hosts were extremely accommodating, providing us with excellent local advice. The breakfast was fantastic and there was ample off-street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning again in the future.

The hotel provided great value for money and we had a comfortable stay. The owners were welcoming and allowed us the flexibility to return to our rooms late at night. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the Ulster Fry was delicious. The rooms and en-suites were spacious and clean, with plenty of towels provided. The location was ideal, with an easy 10/15-minute walk to the town center.

Everything was satisfactory and there was no room for improvement.
