I had a really warm welcome at this guest house in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay and provided me with useful local information. The breakfast was tasty and the room, although small, was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed at Braemar was incredibly comfortable, providing a blissful night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The view from the window was an added bonus. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

the room was recently renovated, clean, and tidy. the smart TV with Netflix was a great addition. the hot breakfast, with a veggie option, was delicious. We also appreciated the fruit, yogurt, and cereal options. the location was perfect, just a short 15-minute walk downhill to the town. the staff were pleasant and helpful. it was a lovely stay and excellent value for money.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel in Falmouth! Great value for money with a spotless and cozy room. The location was peaceful and convenient, close to both the town and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast choices. The mushrooms were deep-fried and the bread for toast wasn't of the best quality.

The staff were accommodating & friendly, free extra person, clean bedding, well-stocked shower essentials, outstanding service, recommended a great dinner spot.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to access. Furthermore, it was situated near the beach, allowing for relaxing walks along the coast. Additionally, the friendly staff provided excellent service and served an amazing breakfast, providing a great start to the day.

The bathroom door didn't close properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

The family room was spacious and comfortable. The full English breakfast was delicious, with a variety of cereals and fresh fruit available. The location was perfect, being close to the railway station, making it convenient for exploring the town and surrounding areas. The ample parking space was also a plus point.

I did notice that there was no mention of a view from the room in any of the reviews.

Great location, just a few minutes from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. the parking lot was big and had easy access to the hotel. the rooms were clean and had a refrigerator, oven, and microwave, perfect for self-catering. the staff was excellent and very helpful.

The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of a refresh. Some curtains or blinds could be added since our rooms faced a busy street.

The staff were friendly and nice, breakfast was delicious. Great welcome and convenient location. Clean and comfortable rooms.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. They pay attention to detail, providing extra amenities in the rooms such as additional soaps and a kitchen, making the stay even more convenient. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to the town centre but not noisy. It's just across the road from the Pavilions, which was perfect for us as we were attending an event there.
