From the moment we arrived at Braemar, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by our hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - even helping us find parking. the breakfasts were delicious and there was a good variety of options to choose from. the location of the bed and breakfast was perfect, with easy access to the beach and town center. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the view of the sea was a bonus.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent value for money. The room was clean, neat, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, just a few steps away from the sea front and a short walk from the train station. Andre and Lorraine, the hosts, were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even bringing an iron and ironing board to our room for our wedding outfits. They were friendly and made us feel at home throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel with my son for a short break. Our standard twin room at the top was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful sea view. The beds were comfortable and made every day, and fresh towels were provided. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome, even going above and beyond to arrange free parking for us. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options and freshly cooked full English. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw from the beach. it was a peaceful and enjoyable holiday, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at this accommodation. the hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. They even addressed us by our names, which added a personal touch to our stay. the room was well-thought-out with plenty of storage and seating, and the bathroom had hanging areas for our clothes. the breakfast provided had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. we highly recommend this accommodation to our family and friends. It was truly a great value for money.

The hotel is just across the road from the beach, making it very convenient for beachgoers. The location is very close to everything, including the town center and public transportation options.
