Great location, with easy access to key attractions. The room was spacious and bright, offering a lovely view of the surrounding area. Plus, the price was fair considering the hotel's recent opening.

The shared bathroom caused issues with hot water availability, and the toilet took ages to fill up. The room was also a bit dusty, and the presence of old boxes made it inconvenient for storing luggage.

Claire, the owner, was incredibly helpful and the communication was excellent. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the places we needed to go. the beds were comfortable and the place was clean and quiet. the shared bathroom was spotless. It was great value for money and highly recommended. We even had the bonus of seeing a steam train from our window.

I recently stayed at Braemar House for a charity hike with my son. The owner, Claire, was fantastic with communication and assistance. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we needed and with plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and tidy, and the shared bathroom was spotless. Great value for money, highly recommended. Plus, the Jacobite train passing by was incredible!

Recently stayed at Braemar House for a few nights and it was a great experience. The location was convenient with parking available. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a family. Although there was no face-to-face interaction with the host, she was always available over the phone. Claire, our amazing host, went above and beyond by providing tea and coffee, even though we only paid for the room. She also showed exceptional care and assistance when my friend and I fell ill during our stay. Claire offered to help in any way she could and even drove us to our new accommodation. The view of Ben Nevis from our window was absolutely breathtaking.

When my friend and I got food poisoning, Claire took great care of us, offering to drive us anywhere we needed to go and providing any assistance we needed. the exceptional service and care that Claire showed us were greatly appreciated.
