For the price we paid, Brandshatch Place was a 5-star hotel experience. The executive room felt like a mini suite, with a comfy bed, perfect TV picture, and no noise disturbances for a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, especially if you're visiting Brands Hatch. The gym and spa facilities were top-notch, and the terrace lounge was a lovely spot to relax.

Food for breakfast lacked milk for hot drinks, a small oversight that could easily have been rectified.

The location is good, with great grounds and gardens. The spa area has a lovely terrace where I enjoyed sunbathing while waiting for my treatments. The beds and linens were top quality, ensuring a great night's sleep. The restaurant served a delicious meal, and the staff provided excellent customer service.

Quiet and cosy ambience, extremely courteous and friendly staff. Enjoyed spa facilities with neat swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam, and sauna. Well-equipped gym with up-to-date machines for watching YouTube clips while exercising. Conveniently located near Brands Hatch.

Great Spa treatments, excellent location, and lovely breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Also, the hotel has an ideal location both for exploring the nearby sights and for access to local amenities.

Slow service in the restaurant and some issues with some of our orders. The menu was not well labelled, creating problems for customers with special dietary requirements. Although the staff was friendly, they seemed understaffed and overwhelmed at times during peak periods. our experience was mixed, and while it had some standout moments, there were some aspects that detracted from it.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel near the race track. The old building has a charming feel and our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant served a superb evening meal and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The spa facilities, including the pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, were all included and very relaxing. We even treated ourselves to a massage, although it was a bit pricey. we had a great experience and would definitely consider returning. Special mention to the helpful and friendly new staff member at the gym/spa reception.

The hotel had excellent customer service and a variety of bar food and à la carte options. The children's menu was also good. The location was great with lovely grounds and lots of parking. The receptionist, Shannon, was excellent and even surprised us with a room upgrade for our child's birthday. The suite was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic with many choices. The staff, including housekeeping and restaurant staff, were all lovely. The spa was clean and the relaxation room was nice. It exceeded expectations.

Shannon at reception surprised us with a room upgrade, which was a very nice touch. The suite was super clean, warm, comfy, and quiet. The facilities were excellent, including the great wifi and the fantastic breakfast with a bounty of choices. The staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant, were all lovely and the service was exceptional.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a nice terrace lounge to relax in, and a good selection for breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing efficient service both at dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The room is clean and cosy, and the spa facilities, including the heated pool, are enjoyable. The treatments in the spa are relaxing and well-performed. it was a lovely experience for a mother and daughter afternoon tea spa day.

There were some issues with the bathroom facilities in the room. The shower controls were complicated and difficult to get hot water from, resulting in lukewarm water.

Excellent service, tech help for important occasion, perfect room, amazing spa treatments, delicious breakfast and dinner, will return next year. Grounds beautiful, charming breakfast attendant, polite room service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was great, with beautiful grounds and gardens. I especially loved the terrace in the spa area where I spent a relaxed couple of hours sunbathing while waiting for my treatments. The therapists were fantastic and provided exceptional massages. I will definitely be back for another massage and enjoyed great quality night's sleep with top-quality beds and linens.

The only minor issue I encountered was a domestic fight outside my bedroom door, but the staff acted swiftly and resolved the situation. It did dampen the evening a little, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The pool was a great size for a quick dip, and the spa facilities were fantastic. a stunning place to stay with polite staff throughout.
