During my recent stay at a welcoming hotel in the heart of a picturesque town, I was pleasantly surprised by the organization and cleanliness of the establishment. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh bread and healthy choices. I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge and appreciated the convenience of free parking and wifi. The hotel's location was excellent, situated near the town center and opposite a lovely park. Additionally, having coffee, tea, and biscuits in the room was a nice touch.

The location of Brathay Lodge was perfect for exploring the area. The room size was great and provided plenty of space. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We really got our money's worth at the lovely hotel in Ambleside. The room was spacious with a great bathroom and a comfy bed. The location was perfect, with beautiful park views. The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good, but the sausages in the breakfast wrap had a bit too much skin on them.

The hotel was conveniently situated near the center of the village, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local amenities. Had a fantastic Xmas at this hotel! the staff were so friendly, efficient, and couldn't do enough for us. the cozy room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing jacuzzi bath to soothe tired muscles after a long walk. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and the picturesque lakes. the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of high-quality bread, cheese, meats, fruit, and the delicious granola. It was filling enough that we didn't need lunch!

The bathroom at times had an unpleasant smell, and the shower had low pressure and difficulty balancing hot and cold water. the beds were creaky, and the meters were uncomfortable due to spring digging.

brathay lodge in ambleside was a delightful stay. the family room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the park. the staff, especially the reception lady, were friendly and gave great recommendations for dinner and walks. the breakfast spread was also good.

The location of this lodge was great, as it was very close to many good restaurants and the centre of town. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the park opposite. The bathroom was well equipped and the service was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, cereals, breads, and croissants. the lodge provided a comfortable and convenient stay.
