The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even helped me with transportation when I fell ill. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the University of Aberdeen.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right across from the university and near a bus stop for easy access to the city centre. It's also conveniently close to a pub and the city centre itself. The breakfast provided by Mary was delicious and the portions were generous. The staff, especially Mary and Steven, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

The house had a classic and historic feel, which was enjoyable during the Christmas season. the location was convenient, being close to the beach and within walking distance to some attractions. - the host was friendly and approachable, making us feel welcome and providing useful information about the city.

The house was in need of a deep clean and some of the furnishings needed replacing, giving it a tired and unkempt appearance. For the price paid, the cleanliness could have been better.

The breakfast was delicious, and they offered plenty of options to choose from. the room was well-maintained and very clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to all the nearby attractions easily. there was a convenient bus stop nearby that made it easy to explore the city further.

the parking was limited and we had some trouble finding a spot to park our car. However, overall we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.
