The decor at Bricksage Rooms was modern and beautiful, creating a stylish atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities in the room were of a high standard. Despite a small leak in the ceiling during our stay, the landlady was responsive and apologetic, promptly addressing the issue with the builders.

We loved the lovely and comfortable room, with its pristine cleanliness and lovely furniture. The ample tea and coffee provisions, as well as the bottled water, were a nice touch. The free car park at the hotel's rear was convenient for us. We also appreciated the great communication with the owner, Helen, who was extremely responsive and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for our visit to the speedway, just a few minutes' drive away. Additionally, being within walking distance of the historic old town was a bonus.

There was no air conditioning in the room, but a fan was provided. The kettle button kept falling off and one of the drawer fronts was loose.

The value for money was excellent. The facilities were clean and tidy, and having a kitchen to cook in was fantastic. The towels provided were limited for a couple and the bed was in need of replacement as it was uncomfortable. the lack of access from both sides of the bed was inconvenient.

We loved the clean and cosy room with its comfortable bed and quiet backyard view. The excellent communication from the host made our stay even more enjoyable. The convenient location, just a minute away from the bus stop and a short walk to the train station and historic area, was a major plus. Additionally, the fast and stable wifi allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay.

bricksage rooms, king's lynn south gate was a 10/10 stay. the modern house with electronic locks made check-in/out easy. the huge, well-equipped kitchen and lovely communal garden were great. staff was helpful via whatsapp. location was perfect, walking distance to everything. exceeded expectations from my previous stay in kings lynn.
