Stayed at this lovely little guest house for a friend's wedding. Perfect location right in the heart of Tiverton. Richard and Ling were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. Great facilities including a communal fridge and lounge. Will stay here again if we're in the area.

We stayed at a lovely guest house in Tiverton, and Richard and Ling were the perfect hosts. They made us feel incredibly welcome and even offered my son his own room. The house itself had beautiful period features and views of the river. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of options including smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. We also appreciated the small touches like filtered water and biscuits in the room. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.

They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the room was cozy and had everything we needed, including a great view. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a good variety of choices. the location was perfect, right by the river and within walking distance to many restaurants.

The room was a bit small for two people and our luggage, but we managed just fine. It was also a bit inconvenient having to move our car every morning due to limited parking options.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. Ling provided impeccable breakfast service, remembering our names and showing genuine interest in our stay. The breakfast options were delicious, with a well-presented full English and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. The breakfast bar had a good range of cereals, yogurts, and fresh fruit. it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely return.
