The location of the hotel by the babbling river in the beautiful Lake District creates a serene atmosphere. Our room had a lovely view of the river and mountains. The bathroom was well decorated with dual sinks and a good shower. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were delicious and served to us personally. the hotel provided a calm and comforting experience.

The hotel has a comfortable lounge with an open fire, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with classic yet fashionable decor and a lovely bathroom. Some rooms even have a small balcony, providing breathtaking mountain views. The breakfast served at this hotel is of high quality, made with fresh and delicious ingredients.

A Lovely Surprise

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at a charming hotel in a stunning location. The staff at this hidden gem went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Although we were disappointed that the restaurant was closed on certain days, the bar served delicious food and drinks until late. We were surprised with a bottle of Prosecco in our room, which added a special touch to our anniversary celebration. Our room was beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom. The only minor issue was the cold water in the shower, but it was quickly resolved by the attentive reception team. Despite a few small hiccups, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.
