The value for money at Bridge House was excellent, with a comfortable room and warm hospitality from the staff. They were very knowledgeable about the local area and made us feel welcome. it was a great experience.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have better organization for breakfast seating when the hotel is fully booked.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the town center and within walking distance of the Saturday market. It is also near a river walk that leads to West Bay. The rooms are well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and high-quality toiletries. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including bubble and squeak with poached egg and smoked bacon.

Some rooms may be affected by heat during a heatwave, but the staff are responsive and try to provide solutions to ensure guests' comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right on the edge of town with a beautiful view of the surrounding park from our top floor room. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast offered was amazing, with a wide variety of options to cater to everyone's preferences. We also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the pet amenities available. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like heating and tea/coffee facilities. We also enjoyed spending time in the garden area, relaxing on the comfortable garden furniture. our experience here was outstanding and we highly recommend it to families looking for a wonderful hotel experience.

I was really impressed with the value for money at Bridge House. The room was great, with a super comfortable bed. The location was perfect too, close to town and convenient for exploring Dorset. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making my stay even better.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is right next to a lovely river park where you can enjoy a peaceful walk. Additionally, it is just a short distance away from the cliffs in West Bay, perfect for those who love nature and stunning views. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and the staff provides excellent service. Furthermore, the hotel offers useful facilities such as cycle parking and a washing line.

The car park can be cramped if you arrive late or leave early.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our stay. The cooked breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, especially the locally sourced bacon and sausage. We also really liked the fact that the hotel was located within easy walking distance of the town centre and had convenient access to other dining options nearby.

One downside to our stay was the traffic noise, as the hotel is located on a main road into town. This was especially noticeable when we had the bedroom window open.
