I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse in a great location close to the pier. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to provide extra towels or book a taxi. The breakfast was delicious with a choice of homemade granola and a cooked breakfast. The little touches like the Cadbury bars and real butter made me feel like a special guest.

The bathroom had some noisy pipes during the night.

Immaculately clean, excellent breakfast and friendly hosts. A private bathroom to ourselves more than made up for size of bedroom. Walkable distance to the centre with plenty of bars etc. in which to break your journey. No car park but passes available on application together with assistance at finding a space.

The location was perfect, situated between the sea and the charming Kemptown village, with its delightful independent shops and cafes. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

This B & B is perfectly located in the heart of the city. It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants and pubs, and just a short walk away from the beach and the charming 'Kemptown village'. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with lovely white bedsheets and a nice view of the building tops. The breakfast is delicious, with homemade granola and a variety of choices. it exceeded our expectations.

The parking situation can be a bit difficult, with limited spaces available in the permit section.

I recently stayed at Marina House in Brighton for a weekend getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a boutique atmosphere with stylish decor and lovely artwork. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the ocean from the top floor. The hot shower was powerful, and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with homemade banana bread and granola that was a delightful surprise. The coffee machine, along with the chocolates, teas, and water in the room, were nice touches. The hosts even packed me a piece of banana bread for the day after I checked out. I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely nothing.

From the minute we arrived at the property and were greeted by Barbara, it put us at ease. As we entered the building, there was hand sanitiser on the wall. The room had everything for a very enjoyable few days. The breakfast was amazing with good quality food, perfectly cooked, and plenty of choices. We were in room 1 which had a lovely little terrace. Fresh flowers in the hallway and umbrellas for guests to use. Kind staff and great value for money.

Spent Christmas break in this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. the hosts were welcoming and treated us like family. Breakfast was delicious, and we loved the little touch of having bathrobes and slippers provided. the location was perfect, with the beach and local restaurants just a short walk away. Parking was solved with a permit.

They even surprised me with chocolates as I was celebrating a special occasion. The room I stayed in was light, bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. I felt right at home! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and town center. Despite being centrally located, the street was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast served in the spacious dining room was delicious, with homemade granola and banana cake as an extra treat. Marina House provided excellent service, a comfortable stay, and great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Brighton.
