We stayed at Broadgate House Villa and the location was perfect for visiting family in Norwich. The estate felt safe and secure, and having on-site car parking was a great bonus. The bed linen and towels were clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the decor was pleasant. The location itself was lovely and quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows. It was also very clean, and having our own parking space was a great convenience. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and we enjoyed the private and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, there was a nice outdoor space to relax in, and the shower was lovely.

During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with the front door feeling insecure upon initial opening. However, the rest of the stay went smoothly, and the communication from the agent and owner was excellent.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my weekend getaway. It was conveniently located near the area where I needed to be, making it easy to get around. the hotel was clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that left much to be desired. the lack of proper instructions for the appliances was a major inconvenience.
