Bed setup was tedious.

Ideal location near the seafront with a dog-friendly closed in back garden. Impressive laundry facilities and free off-road car parking. Well-equipped room with full-sized fridge, cooker, and microwave for self-catering. Lovely garden with seating and safe play area for children. Owners were welcoming and helpful.

Broadshade Holiday Apartments was a little gem! Immaculately clean with comfy beds and 2 toilets. Excellent location and easy access to public transport. Helpful and knowledgeable owners provided lots of information. Not noisy even during the England Euros. £1 coin meter was affordable.

This holiday apartment is situated on a steep hill but is worth the climb as it's friendly and close to the beach. It's also close to everything, including a short walk to a little local shop. The apartment is equipped with all the basics, including a nice, powerful shower, and has a nice garden for the kids and dogs to enjoy.

The electricity coin meter can be a little inconvenient, especially during hot weather when using fans can become costly.

had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem in Paignton! Owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, even snacks and toys for the kids. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Can't wait to go back!

Steep hill outside, not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Stayed over Xmas, the apartment was cozy and had a festive feel. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Great location, just a short walk to the beach and shops.

The bathroom was a bit small and inconvenient. , the apartment got quite hot even with the windows open and the guests upstairs were a bit noisy at times.

The location of the apartments was really convenient, as they were right near the seafront and close to everything. It was just a short walk to the shops and beach, making it easy to explore the town center. The apartments also offered spacious kitchen areas, providing plenty of room for cooking and enjoying meals.

Some guests mentioned that the furniture in the apartments was worn and uncomfortable, which could be improved.

The apartment was absolutely fabulous, with a cosy atmosphere and plenty of space for our family of four people. It had a very friendly atmosphere, and the hosts were very nice and helpful. The garden was a peaceful place to relax or play badminton with the children. The apartment was situated very centrally, both to the beach and the town, and was nice and safe. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the seafront.

The pull-down-from-the-wall double bed and pillows were far too hard and not comfortable. The accommodation was a bit outdated in terms of style and comfort.

I had a wonderful break in a beautiful location and was very happy with my apartment at Broadshade Holiday. The apartment had everything I could wish for, including a very comfortable bed, a washing machine and dryer, and an emphasis on cleanliness. The location was ideal and allowed me to easily access all the amenities in the area. I definitely felt like I got value for my money and would highly recommend staying here. I had a fantastic experience and would happily return to Broadshade Holiday Apartments in the future.

Hands-off approach. Comfy bed, clean & nicely decorated fold-out room. Lots of entertainment options. Lovely area. Close to convenient shop and 10-min walk to town for bigger supermarket.
