I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Margate for a few days and had a fantastic time. The apartment was tastefully decorated and the use of space, including the mezzanine floor, was impressive. It felt spacious and roomy, without ever feeling cramped. The fireplace added a cozy touch and I can imagine it being perfect for a winter stay. The location was ideal, close to the beach and local amenities, and within walking distance of the train station. The apartment was a lovely, romantic hideaway and I would definitely stay there again.

The apartments themselves are spacious and well-decorated, with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is spacious, although it would have been great if there was a bath. The owner, Paul, was incredibly helpful and always available for any questions or issues.

The lighting inside the apartments could be better, as it was a bit dark.

He even gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. the lodge itself was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful fireplace where we could relax in the evenings. I loved that it was dog-friendly too, as it meant our furry friend could join us on our trip.

I was immediately drawn to Brooklyn Lodge's New York loft/industrial look, which was accurately portrayed in the photos. the spaciousness of the flat exceeded my expectations, and I particularly loved the huge shower room and the added touch of an upstairs TV. the private parking was a great bonus, and it was convenient to have tea, coffee, sugar, and milk supplied. the location was perfect, with everything just a few minutes' walk away. the nearby pub was friendly and enjoyable. Paul, the property owner, was extremely helpful and welcoming, even allowing us to leave our luggage until check-in time.
