We had a wonderful stay at this nicely appointed accommodation. the landlady, Chris, was amazing and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. the breakfast was delicious and the spacious bedroom with a super king size bed was a treat. the separate entrance was convenient during these times. the location was fantastic, just a short seven-minute drive to the ferry port. We will definitely be returning and recommending it to our friends.

We had a fantastic time staying at Brooks House. The hostess, Christine, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was comfortable and modern, with very comfortable beds and a small fridge. We loved being able to use the terrace and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect for nearby excursions. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Brooks House to others.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. the staff, especially Christine, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed, including a super king size bed for a great night's sleep. We loved having our breakfast prepared with such care and attention, it felt like a homemade meal with delicious jams and quality ingredients. the outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing in the garden on a warm evening, adding to the overall charm and coziness of the place.

One thing that could be improved is the compact size of the bathroom, which might feel a bit cramped for longer stays. it was functional and served its purpose well for our short stop-over.

Christine's warm hospitality is the shining star of this place. Her kindness and humor make you feel like a cherished guest in a close friend's home. the large and comfy bed is like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the delicious breakfast with homemade jam is a delightful touch.

Small bathroom size.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming B&B in a picturesque location. The room I stayed in was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. The bathroom, although on the smaller side, was still perfectly adequate. The service provided by the host was outstanding, with a helpful and friendly demeanor throughout my stay. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn't have been better - situated in the heart of a lovely village, within walking distance of a stunning bay.

The only minor downside was the slightly compact bathroom size, but it was not a major issue.
