broome road was a delightful home away from home. the cozy house warmly welcomed us each evening, making us feel right at ease. the seamless experience, including the good bus service, surpassed our expectations. highly recommended accommodation in durham.

I arrived at the property and immediately noticed how dirty it was. The kitchen equipment was covered in molds and the frying pan was unusable. The shower was broken and delivered scalding water. I reported these issues to the management, and they sent someone to fix them. However, the next morning, water started leaking through the ceiling. They came to fix it again, but I still didn't feel comfortable using the shower. the poor cleanliness and maintenance of the property left me disappointed and I believe I deserve a partial refund for my stay.

The property lacked basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and bath foam, as well as tea.
