Spacious, cozy room with a comfy settee, fridge, kettle, and tea/coffee facilities. Powerful shower with amazing-smelling towels. Easy communication with staff, who assisted with luggage and parking. Breakfasts can be tailored to smaller portions. Early check-in accommodated.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and looked after. The attention to detail was outstanding, with everything just as it appeared in the pictures. The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated, and the comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom across the hall was not a problem at all, as it was always clean and available. The breakfast was a real highlight, with delicious local products that left us feeling satisfied and ready to explore the town. The location was perfect, close to the town centre and also right by a lovely park with a playground for the kids. It was the ideal base for our adventures in this charming seaside town.

All was perfect – couldn't have asked for a better stay!

During my recent stay at a lovely seaside town, I had the pleasure of staying at a competitively priced accommodation called Broomfield House. I was delighted to find that the guest house was very well run and presented, thanks to the helpful hosts, Steve and Jo. The location of the guest house was excellent, with easy access to public transport and just a few minutes' walk from the town center. The large framed double bed in my room was absolutely delightful and the en-suite walk-in shower was very convenient. I also appreciated the excellent breakfasts that were freshly cooked every morning. I had a wonderful experience at Broomfield House and would highly recommend it.

The room was upgraded free of charge, and it was absolutely perfect. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was great for exploring the area. we highly recommend this hotel for a quality break.

Nothing everything was great.

The B&B is located close to the West Cliff area, opposite a fantastic park with a great playground for children. It is also conveniently situated near the town center and the Whitby museum. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a lovely shower and nice toiletries. The owners are kind and helpful, even going out of their way to accommodate special requests like providing tinned tomatoes for breakfast. The breakfasts are freshly cooked and delicious. The facilities include a mini fridge, iron, and hairdryer.

The rooms facing the road can be noisy, making it a bit tricky to get a good night's sleep.

Our recent stay left us feeling satisfied with our choice of accommodation. the friendly hosts offered a warm welcome and assisted us with carrying our bags. the breakfast selection was varied and delicious with options including cereals, fruit, and a cooked breakfast. the location was conveniently situated near local restaurants and attractions.

The room we stayed in was a bit cramped and lacked adequate space for luggage. the television had some problems with the sound.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The facilities provided were outstanding, including fast wifi, a mini-fridge, and a hairdryer. The location in a lovely residential area close to the west cliff was perfect. Additionally, being opposite a great park with a playground for children added to the convenience. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the town center made it a great choice for exploring this city.

Great winter getaway at this hotel! Excellent rates, sumptuous breakfasts, and super clean accomodation. Convenient location near shops and attractions. Lovely hosts who provide excellent recommendations.

The hotel is located on a busy road, so there is a lot of traffic noise at night. there is no onsite parking, so you have to drop off your luggage and find parking elsewhere.

I recently stayed at a very friendly and comfortable B&B in a central location. The owners were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was large and comfortable, with plenty of extras like an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee, bottled water, and a mini fridge. I loved the nice views of the park and watching the squirrels from my bedroom window. The B&B was very clean and the rooms were done up each day. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the town centre and close to public transport links. The hotel facilities were excellent, with stylish and clean rooms. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices available. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any preferences or needs. The hotel's proximity to Pannett Park, which houses the Whitby Museum and Art Gallery, offered fantastic views of the Abbey.
