The location of the lodge was perfect for exploring the nearby Kielder Forest and Hadrian's Wall. We were only a 10-minute walk away from the village pub, which was very convenient. The lodge had everything we needed for our trip and provided a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views of sheep, horses, and birds. The beds were really comfy, and we appreciated the informative book that covered the history of the lodges.

Borrowed binoculars for stargazing. Informative folder about the area and lodge history. Would return with extended family.
