Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, beautiful restaurant decor, clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay and may return next year for our anniversary.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at a hotel in Shanklin. The warm and friendly welcome I received from the staff immediately made me feel at home. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the town and take a leisurely stroll down to the beach. The beautiful garden was the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views. The breakfast spread offered plenty of delicious options to choose from. The well-maintained indoor and outdoor pools were an added bonus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the small room size and outdated TV, my overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Shanklin. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its lovely interior and exterior. The location was perfect, overlooking the sea and providing easy access to the beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to find a cafetiere for my decaf coffee. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, and we enjoyed the added bonus of an indoor pool. The breakfast selection was excellent, with interesting choices available.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a variety of options! The walk to the beach was very convenient and we enjoyed the beautiful views along the way. The outdoor pool area was stunning and we loved relaxing on the comfortable beds.

Our room was quite noisy and we could hear noise from the corridors and nearby rooms. We also experienced issues with the temperature, as there was no fan available in the room during a particularly hot week.

Our stay at Brunswick was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach, shops, and the charming old village. We loved the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, especially the outdoor seating area where we enjoyed drinks with a view. The food at the hotel was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. The menu may not change much, but every dish was delicious. The hotel also offered different options for breakfast, not just the cooked breakfast option. The gardens were beautiful, with comfortable garden furniture overlooking the sea. The room was basic but spacious, and the shower was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

While our stay at Brunswick was amazing, there were a couple of drawbacks. It would have been better if the breakfast menu included fruits and yogurt without having to pay extra.

The newly decorated rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating, making guests feel welcome and valued. The breakfast is tasty and can be modified to suit individual preferences. Additionally, the hotel offers outdoor and indoor pools, creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests.

The television in the rooms is small, which might be inconvenient for those who like to unwind in their rooms.

Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Special shout out to Andy for his kindness to my child. Locally sourced, customizable breakfast. Clean pool with ample towels. Sauna and hot tub would be a great addition.

The hotel had a fantastic location with stunning views and beautiful gardens to relax in. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, especially because the weather was exceptional. The whole experience was made even better by the tree-lined walks and attractive surroundings. We would definitely return.

Although the breakfast was lovely, we felt that the menu could have offered more options without having to pay extra. while our room was fine, the bed was not very comfortable and could use a new mattress.

The indoor pool was a great bonus. We enjoyed delicious meals in the nice dining room. we had a lovely time and would highly recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. And the breakfasts? Absolutely superb!

Friendly and helpful staff. Adequate, clean room with comfortable bed. Pleasant indoor pool, unfortunately sauna and changing room closed. Good location near Shanklin Chine and Old Town. Garden work in progress. Adequate off-road parking.

This hotel is a real gem with so much going for it. the location is unbeatable, situated right on top of the cliff with stunning views of the sea. The value for money is exceptional, offering very reasonable prices for such a prime spot. The staff are also top-notch, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with thin white curtains that allow the natural light to flood in. Plus, having breakfast included makes it even more appealing.

The only minor downside was that the shower was a bit tricky to stand upright in due to the slanted roof.

Beautiful setting, amazing outdoor pool area, comfortable beds, perfect location, professional and helpful staff, spacious rooms.
