I had a wonderful stay at Bryn Bettws Lodge. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the hills above a charming town. The lodge itself was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable and peaceful retreat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food served in the cafe on weekends was delicious and hearty, perfect after a day of outdoor activities. Despite some minor drawbacks, like a small room and a challenging road leading to the lodge, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway in a tranquil setting. I highly recommend this lodge for a memorable and rejuvenating stay.

What a gem of a place. for a weekend away, walking or mountain biking, Bryn Bettws Lodge is superb. The facilities may be rustic, but it is extremely clean and tidy. The hosts and staff were super, and the food was delicious. The location is beautiful, with stunning views. It's the perfect getaway for peace and quiet. The owners are kind, polite, and friendly, making you feel right at home. The breakfasts are delicious and affordable. I will definitely be heading back for another visit.

It's a lovely, family-run business with friendly and helpful staff. the location is perfect for exploring the Welsh countryside, with the 4 waterfall walk just 30 minutes away and Port Talbot also within a 30-minute drive. the views from the lodge are absolutely stunning. the menu at the on-site restaurant is perfect for a family atmosphere, with delicious home-cooked style meals. I also enjoyed the food from the little burger shake during the daytime, which had great prices. the staff there were so nice and knowledgeable about the area. the lodge has even built a new play area for kids, showing their commitment to providing a great experience. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return on my next trip to the Brecon Beacons.

Located in a picturesque setting, Bryn Bettws Lodge offers stunning views of the hills and valley from its balconies. The cabins are clean, well-equipped with utensils, and have good WiFi connections. The young couple who run the lodge are extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds, hot showers, and the provision of heaters in case of cold weather. Tea and biscuits are also provided for a cozy stay.

There is no doormat or designated area to leave shoes, leading to mud being dragged inside during wet weather.

A gem of a place! Superb for walking or mountain biking. Rustic facilities but extremely clean. Friendly staff, delicious food. No pressure to stay/buy. Will definitely return.

what a gem of a place! it's not the most luxurious venue, but for a weekend away, it is superb. The hosts were amazing, the food was delicious, and the location and views were unbeatable. We felt so welcome and had a wonderful time exploring the mountain bike trails and enjoying the cozy lodge.

bathroom door lock needs fixing

The location of the lodge is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside and with convenient access to nearby attractions. Guests have mentioned the comfortable and clean rooms, with some nice touches and efforts to upgrade the facilities. The staff at breakfast were great and the breakfast itself was enjoyable, providing a good start to the day.

We loved the privacy at Bryn Bettws Lodge. The owners were fantastic and always available to help. They even gave us an amazing upgrade to a stunning place with incredible views and sunsets. The self-catering facilities were perfect, including barbecue facilities for a great outdoor dining experience. The beds were comfortable and the place was nice and warm. We also enjoyed walking our dog in the beautiful forest nearby. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely go back.

For us, Bryn Bettws Lodge was ideal 👌.

My recent stay at Bryn Bettws Lodge was absolutely perfect for a cycling weekend! The location was beautiful, with magnificent views across the valley. The facilities were great, including a cooking area and an attractive veranda. The lodge accommodated our large group comfortably. Despite showing a bit of wear and tear, it was still great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, stunning views, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely café with delicious food and drink. Fantastic stay in a beautiful place.
