The lady who hosted us was very friendly, making us feel at home. Breakfast was abundant and superb, setting us up for the day. the location was superb, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants in the area.

Stayed super close to the beach, breakfast included. Room had 2 chairs for watching TV, comfy bed. BEACH ACCESS was the best! Would pick again. Photos didn't do justice!

Our room was just minutes away from the event venue, making it convenient for us to attend. the breakfast menu was excellent and had a great variety. the room was beautifully furnished with a large en suite bathroom, providing a comfortable stay. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I always return for my business trip. the staff helped my elderly parents. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, Off-site car park, Flat-screen TV, and Golf course. I appreciate the Beach access, Cots, Pets allowed, and No smoking policy.

Situated right near the seafront. Comfy bed and decent shower in a spacious room. Fantastic breakfast with biscuits and great tea and coffee selection. Close to De La Warr pavilion. Helpful hosts waived parking charge.

Some areas could do with a spruce up; a repaint would be great.
