We had a comfortable room with a small but clean en-suite. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Simon the manager, made our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent, especially the fresh seafood and fish. Grace at the bar was efficient and friendly. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

I had a great experience at the Sands Hotel! The value for the money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the views of Edinburgh across the bay were stunning. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Joan who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, the best we had in Scotland!

Breakfast is included and the full breakfast menu is available. Parking is available behind the building in a locked area.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the delicious and fresh fish meal for lunch and the Scottish breakfast option at the Burntisland Sands Hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly, always aiming to please their guests. The hotel and rooms were clean, and we had a quiet room that allowed us to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered a private car park at the rear, which was convenient for us.
