We had a fantastic time at Butt Lodge. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the water and mountains. The lodge itself was beautiful, with immaculate facilities and lovely, spacious rooms. The hosts, Cath and Mac, were incredibly welcoming and provided us with a warm reception. We were treated to a delicious evening meal, where we got to choose from a daily menu that was emailed to us in advance. The breakfast was also exceptional, fit for a king. we had a wonderful experience and can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Butt Lodge. The owners, Hazel and Alasdair, were incredibly welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with beautiful views of the golf course, fields, and sea. The breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary coffee and cake upon arrival were a lovely touch. We also enjoyed the tranquil surroundings and the opportunity to see the resident herd of deer. We would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I couldn't have asked for better value for my money at Butt Lodge. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by wildlife and with beautiful views. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.

I recently stayed at a charming lodge in a stunning location for a leisurely getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and the accommodation was impeccably clean. The highlight was definitely the delicious evening meal, with attention to detail even down to the fresh milk provided for hot drinks. Breakfast was also a treat, with homemade granola that was simply divine. We enjoyed a peaceful evening walk along the shoreline and would love to return one day to this beautiful lodge.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests have mentioned the opportunity to see wildlife, such as stags, just a short walk away. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and cozy blankets. The breakfast is delicious and filling, with local Arran products. guests have mentioned the provided soaps having lovely scents.

The road leading up to the hotel is a bit challenging, but manageable if taken slow and steady.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received at the lodge. The staff were incredibly helpful and even provided us with plasters and gauze when my wife grazed her knee. The tea and cake on arrival were a lovely touch, and the cooked breakfast options were delicious. We also enjoyed spotting the resident deer on the adjacent golf course. we had a comfortable stay in a fantastic location.

The roads on the island were quite poor, which was a shame considering the island's beauty. Additionally, the drive into the property was along a short rough road.

The warm hospitality at Butt Lodge was truly magical, from the lovely Alastair, the owner, to the delicious afternoon tea and cake, and the scrumptious breakfast. Our room had a cozy Scottish style and stunning views of the water and mountains. the cleanliness and comfort of the lodge were top-notch, and we even had amazing tea provided. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The complimentary tea and coffee tray provided high-quality products, including a flask of fresh milk instead of plastic sachets. The food at the lodge is exceptional, using great local produce and offering excellent value for money. The hosts, Cath and Mac, are incredibly charming and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. They even offered to dry our wet walking shoes overnight. The option to bring our own alcohol and have it chilled for us was a nice touch. I highly recommend staying at Butt Lodge for a warm and welcoming experience.

This guest lodge offers a genuine, friendly welcome and is situated in a remote location, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms are super clean and spacious, with elegant furnishings and gorgeous views of the surrounding golf course and hills. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and quick service, with the added bonus of free cake and coffee. The lodge also provides Arran Aromatics toiletries for a touch of luxury.

The only downside is the slightly uneven country road leading to the lodge, which may be a small inconvenience for some guests.

The value for money at Butt Lodge was excellent, with an amazing view from our room and a spotlessly clean environment. The location was peaceful and surrounded by stunning scenery, and the friendly owner made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The location was perfect for us, with lots of walking paths nearby and a ferry in close proximity. The room we stayed in was the perfect size and had all the amenities we needed. The food was delicious, from the homemade granola at breakfast to the superb dinners. We also enjoyed the cozy living room with books and games, as well as the outdoor seating in the garden. It was a perfect place for young holiday goers like us.
