Located in a charming village in the Cotswolds, this spacious property offers a great setup for family gatherings. The large dining area is perfect for socializing, and the well-stocked kitchen has all the utensils needed to host a big group meal. The property is clean throughout, with lovely sized rooms, and the garden provides ample privacy.

One minor issue was the handwash not being topped up in the downstairs toilet.

The welcome wine and essentials were handy. Everything at the property was great. The kitchen utensils, pans, bowls, etc. were a bit all over the place, but we found everything we needed in the end. The chairs were big and comfy, and the table tennis was a bonus. Great setup for a family gathering with a large dining area that was brilliant for a family meal and socializing. Location is ideal, just a short walk from a good local pub and in a quiet location with easy, quick walks for the dogs around the village. The property was well-stocked with kitchen utensils and cooking facilities to host a large group meal. Great location in the Cotswolds - lovely village. The property was a great size for our group. We loved the living/dining area and spent a lot of time in there. The table was a great size. The house has lots of character.

Stayed at Butts Farm Villa for a wonderful family getaway. The farmhouse had everything we needed - spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The traditional kitchen was well-equipped, and the property even had a small private garden. The location was perfect, with direct access to woodlands and fields, great for walks with our dog. We also enjoyed visiting the local attractions and sights nearby. The owner, Adam, was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
