The accommodation had a lovely refurbishment with everything in pristine condition. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The host was very attentive and informative about the house and garden. The location was perfect for our 3 Peaks walk, with easy access to the walking trail.

The drive leading up to the accommodation was a bit challenging, especially for larger cars. Finding parking on the road or in the village was not easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Butts Hill House Villa. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and cozy. The comfortable bed, lovely kitchen, and bathroom added to the overall pleasant experience. The owner, Ben, was a friendly and interesting host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He even gave us a lift to our car with the luggage upon departure. The location of the villa, at the foot of Pen Y Ghent on the Pennine Way, was fantastic for walking and cycling. The generous welcome pack was a nice touch. we highly recommend Butts Hill House Villa for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Butts Hill House Villa. It served as the perfect base for our exploration of the breathtaking Yorkshire countryside. The comfortable facilities provided everything we needed, making our stay very enjoyable. We were delighted to discover that the property is conveniently situated between two charming village pubs, both within walking distance. Even after completing the demanding Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge, we were able to easily make our way to these pubs. The location was absolutely ideal for our trek, and we were impressed by the comfort of the bed. Moreover, the owner, Ben, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He was incredibly nice, assisting us with groceries and transportation to the train station. His helpful and friendly nature made our stay even more memorable. We look forward to returning to this cozy cottage.

During my trek along the 3 Peaks, I stayed at Butts Hill House Villa. The accommodation's location was absolutely perfect for my adventure. The recent refurbishment of the house was top-notch, resulting in a pristine and clean environment. The comfortable bed and great shower made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind gesture of a bottle of Cava and milk upon my arrival. The host, Ben, was incredibly attentive and informative, providing me with valuable insights about the house and garden. a fantastic experience.
